We know that making your mental health a priority can be rewarding, but yet it can also be challenging - especially during all the changes that have been happening in our world, particularly with increased isolation from family and friends. We want you to know that you are not alone. Even though you may feel frightened, alone, saddened, scared, anxious, or a combination of other emotions, it is important for you to know that help is available. Whether you prefer to read about what you can do to help yourself, watch videos that encourage you to think differently about your situation, and/or meet with a counselor, we are here to connect with you.
