Resources to Support the Judson Community

The loss of a loved one may lead you to experience an array of emotions…anger, sadness, fear, worry, shock and even guilt. At times, additional help is needed to mitigate some of the symptoms associated with these feelings. The Wellness Center staff is available to you but we also wanted to provide you with some resources to help you navigate your grief. Please see the Grief and Loss section below.

Welcome to the Mental Health Resource page

We know that making your mental health a priority can be rewarding, but yet it can also be challenging - especially during all the changes that have been happening in our world, particularly with increased isolation from family and friends. We want you to know that you are not alone. Even though you may feel frightened, alone, saddened, scared, anxious, or a combination of other emotions, it is important for you to know that help is available. Whether you prefer to read about what you can do to help yourself, watch videos that encourage you to think differently about your situation, and/or meet with a counselor, we are here to connect with you.

If you have a question about any of these resources, or have one that you would like us to feature so that your fellow students can utilize it as well, please reach out to us by emailing us at
