Coronavirus & Mental Health

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker issued a stay-at-home order taking effect, March 21, through April 7. This order is intended to curb the spread of COVID-19. In accordance with this mandate, Wellness Center staff will be out of the office. However, we understand that students may be feeling anxious about the developing situation related to coronavirus and its impact on us locally and globally.

Additional support may be needed to process some of the emotions experienced at this time. Therefore, the Wellness Center counseling team will continue to be available for free consultations through the telehealth platform, VSee.
