Judson's internet continues to work intermittently or is down in some buildings today (Tuesday, Dec. 3). Please report any problems you are having to the Information Systems and Technology Department to help them evaluate the full scope of internet or network problems as they work with consultants to resolve all issues. Faculty who are administering finals and having any technology difficulties should call the IT Help Desk at ext. 5040 for immediate assistance.
For all other difficulties, please provide a detailed description using the IT Help Desk Ticket system (IThelp@judsonu.edu) via your computer or email available on your phone. If you cannot submit a ticket with details about the problem since the internet is unavailable, please call the Helpdesk at ext. 5040 and leave a message. IST will return your call as soon as they are able.
Once again, Student Life is offering a free cup of coffee to those students who want to use the internet at Cafe Revive in downtown Elgin (51 S. Grove Ave., Elgin, Ill.) to study today. This is available until the cafe closes at 5 p.m. today. Just tell Cafe Revive staff that you are from Judson.
