We are required to institute a password reset, and if you have not reset your password within the last 90 days it is likely disabled. The only way to get this enabled again is to reach out to Judson IST via the number provided.

Once we've received your request and our office has confirmed that facilities requested are available, you will receive an email confirmation from our office. It is important that you read your confirmation email carefully to ensure information is correct and to notify our office of any changes that need to be made to your request or reservation.
If you have not received your confirmation paperwork, your reservation has not been approved. If you have questions about a room reservation, or do not receive your confirmation email in a timely manner, please contact the Conference Services office at extension 2026 or email firstname.lastname@example.org .
Requests submitted with less than 24 hours’ notice are at risk of not being scheduled.

AUDIO/VISUAL SUPPORT REQUESTED
Information Technology is available to support most of the audio/visual and computer technology needs for your event. Please DO NOT contact the HelpDesk directly for your technology needs. A HelpDesk request will be submitted on your behalf by Conference Services. Once the request has been submitted, the HelpDesk will send you a confirmation of your Audio/Visual request. It is at that time that the HelpDesk will let you know if they have the staffing/resources available to support your event. It is your responsibility to confirm that all of the equipment you requested is accurate in the confirmation.
If you are reserving the Herrick Chapel or the Thulin Auditorium and you are requesting the use of the sound system and/or projections system, a production assistant may need to be scheduled to assist with your event. Under no circumstances is anyone allowed to operate sound boards or projection systems in either of these facilities without a Production Assistant present or unless prior approval has been granted by the Operations Manager.
