Communications Staff

The Communications Office is located on the second floor of the Barton House. The Communications Office works directly with representatives from around the campus to generate communication materials.
The department distributes all press releases, coordinates publicity for many campus events to the wider community, sends out monthly e-mails about all Judson news, manages the university brand, produces Judson Today two times a year, manages and coordinates all social media efforts and works with many departments to provide graphic, editorial, proofreading and website materials needed for the campus.

If you are having a special event on campus and believe that you have alumni stories, news stories or need PR or photo assistance, please contact us several weeks ahead of your event. We have student photographers who can be scheduled to take photos. We also have a common press release format and the media contacts to distribute your press release.
